In collaboration with the Department of Family and Children Services, this 16-week class equips parents and caregivers with the tools to build safe, nurturing, and non-violent home environments. The program focuses on positive discipline techniques, emotional regulation, effective communication, and healing from generational trauma. Participants will gain practical strategies to foster healthy parent-child relationships and break the cycle of violence.
